We are a powerful and tight team of Southeast Asian youth, and we are united to fight the racism, poverty, and injustice that happens in the Southeast Asian community. 
We are all connected and we are all part of this community! We want to fight against the racism and prejudice that our parents face, we want to build a better future- beyond gangs- for all of our youth. We hold ourselves to be accountable to eachother and to the community. The OC program challenges us to step up, address problems in the community, and pushes us to think of ways we can make positive change. Through the program, we aspire to become critical thinkers, 
fearless leaders, and social change activists. Being in the OC means coming to 3 to 5 meetings per week, committing between 6-10 hours. Based on our level of leadership and responsibilities, we get financially compensated at the end of every month - between $100- 400 per month.
